Hi all.
I'm wondering whether anyone knows where AVG TuneUp maintains it's process logs. Program version is 19.1
What I have found is that every time AVG TuneUp runs, it blows away learned email preferences from MailWasher.
I contacted AVG within the last year, and frankly they were rubbish. They couldn't tell me the file/directory paths that AVG TuneUp scanned or where I could look to see for myself, and wanted to remote into my PC to have a look. Needless to say, I declined their outrageous offer. I do not want people walking through my PC, whether I can see where they're going or not.
Can anyone provide any assistance?
If I can't solve this, then perhaps my AVG TuneUp license doesn't get renewed.

Thanks for your response. I hadn't realised that my Tuneup was so out of date, as my version had neither an Update button nor any automated update checking… apparently. Even Avast, which reports on out-of-date programs made no reference to AVG.
I have subsequently uninstalled, run the AVG Clear (AVG Remover) Tool, restarted the PC, installed a newly downloaded Tuneup, and activated it from the details in my AVG Subscriptions page. All good, and I now have v21.4. The Update button on this version advises that I am up to date. So, thank you very much for sorting me out there.
I have had a look at the log files that you referred to. Some seem pretty impeneratable on first viewing, but the logs I can read make no Mention at all of MailWasher. I'm hoping that means no bad stuff is happening there.
I have run a Maintenance Scan, and will let it do its thing for a couple of days to see what happens when I don't touch it.
