I subscribed to 1-Yr. AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device) on 9/10/2020 with special offer of $20 ($21.20 with tax).
Order number was (removed).  When I looked at my account today, it said that my subscription has expired as of 10/10/2020.  It was listed as a 1yr. subscription, 10 devices, billed annually.
Could you help me understand why I only get one month?
