AVG TuneUp is not doing its job properly as my computer is only 39% tuned up. My subscription was renewed, and I would like that latest version. However I don't know how to go about uninstalling the old one and installing the new one. I did contact AVG and had a painfully slow online 'chat' with someone. He did say he'd sent me a link, but this was hours ago and needless to say I haven't received it. Please can someone give me some instructions - suitable for someone who is not computer savvy.
