Avg tuneup not installing (says failed)

Renewed  my avg internet security  and avg tuneup.  but ave tune up will not install says it failed. I have shut down the computer and restarted.  still says failed when I do the install.

From your description, it seems that you've attempted to install TuneUp by using the 'Activate & Install' option that is available in AVG Internet Security's subscription section.
If this is the case, then you may need to remove the older version of TuneUp that is installed on your computer & then proceed to install AVG TuneUp (latest version). If you require any assistance with activation, let us know. 
If you've tried to download,install AVG TuneUp from your AVG account, let us know.
