AVG Tuneup not working and again asking for payment

It looks like you did not activate AVG TuneUp using the paid activation code after installing it.
I have sent an email containing detailed instructions to activate the product and also included your activation code.
Please check your inbox and spam box as well.

I bought AVG Tuneup 2 days ago with 2 years subscription. I downloaded the exe file for windows from the link that was sent to my mail. I installed the program as instructed and it found several threats on my laptop. When I click "Fix & Clean" it again takes me to the page where different types of subscriptions are mentioned and again asks me to pay. 

I cant understand why this is happening and how to deal with this problem.
