AVG TuneUp paid for and still showing as expired in my account

It is SO frustrating trying to resolve issues with AVG. I have paid for AVG Tune up renewal. In the email, it states, ‘Sorry, your license number is still being generated.’ If I login, it says AVG Tune up has expired. I paid for this in March and I am still struggling to use it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get help on AVG’s support loop. I will never use an AVG product again as this is just so frustrating. Anyone know how I can use what I have paid for?
