Please clarify whether you've tried reinstalling the app once on your MAC to check & since when you're experiencing this issue.

Hi, I'm using AVG TuneUp Premium on a Mac system that is running Monterey Version 12.1.

When I run the 'Find duplicates' feature on an external drive hosting an image library, it is failing to locate duplicate files and I'm wondering why?

I'm manually having to sort through the library and keep finding that many of the files I'm shifting have already been filed and even have the same file name.

Does 'Find duplicates' search through subfolders? Because if does, it's not finding the duplicate image files stored on this drive and it's incredibly frustrating.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
