hi my nane is john i can not her so i am haveing a problem with tuneup i have purchased from walart can you help me it said it was inbut it don't work

Sorry for the trouble. In such case, try to perform repair installation from control panel. Go to Control Panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall -> click on AVG Tuneup and choose change option.

Restart your device and check if AVG Tuneup is activated and working fine. We are here if you need further help.

Hi,
2 weeks ago I bought AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and also downloaded a trial version of Tuneup.
So far, so good.
Yesterday I paid for the full version of AVG Tuneup. I went to the Zen page and logged into my account.
Tuneup was still showing as trial version and the icon for Internet Security was asking if I would like to buy AVG Security, even though I already had.
When I go into AVG Internet Security and see my subscriptions it shows I have Internet Security and Tuneup, but Tuneup has a little blue dot next to it.
Today, when I try to open Tuneup it will not open. I tried to right click on it and run as administrator. Tuneup "opens" but the window is all white, nothing else, just a totally blank all white window.
Any help would be largely appreciated.

My computer is not seeing the tuneup it keep saying it is lock and will not open this came with the psckage i bought at walmart  a one year 
what can i do to get it to work i can not here over the phone.

Thankyou for your reply. I will now wait patiently untill you can resolve the activation matter with Tuneup.

As for Internet Security, it works perfectly and I look forward to being a long time user of this wonderful product.

I hope Tuneup can be fixed because I can see it offers me wonderful potential in what it can do, that's why I bought it.

My only concern here is that I have a 30 day time period in which to request a refund. If I cannot have it working within this time I will request a refund and then wait untill the problem is resolved, then download it again from that point in time, because as I said, I do like what it has to offer.
