Hi Walter.
We'll certainly help you to activate AVG TuneUp.
It looks like you are using an older version of AVG PC TuneUp, with which the new activation code is not compatible.
Please share a screenshot of the AVG PC TuneUp dashboard that you are looking at to assist you further.

OK, on the 23rd of Feb I got an email saying the yearly subscription was charged, up to 10 devices.  Today when I logged into my computer it says the trial is over, and to repurchase to continue use.  When I try to enter the activation code listed on my subscription page, it comes back as invalid and to check for typing errrors…even though I used the copy and paste method AND tried typing it in afterward.  So, any way to get the program working that I paid for??
