Hi Robert,

We will help you in this.
Delete the AVG PC TuneUp file from the C Folder.
C Folder >> Program Files x86 >> AVG >> AVG PC TuneUp
And uninstall the application from the Control Panel.

I have an older version of Tuneup that I can't remove using the uninstall process.  I get an error message say I don't have the authority to remove it even though I'm logged in as Admin.  I was told I need to use the Remover Tool, but I can't find anything but AVG Clear which does not work for Tuneup.  Does anyone know where to find the Remover Tool?
