I just purchased AVG TuneUp.  I thought I would be upgraded to the Ultimate package, but instead, I think I'm being billed separately for both. Isn't it included in the Ultimate package?  I have the Internet Security package now.  Also, is there a way to actually contact customer support - a human in real time - so I don't have to ask this type of thing in the forum?
