AVG TuneUp stays on trial expired even when installed with AVG Ultimate Subscription

I apologize to hear about the inconvenience this may have caused. Please logout and log back into AVG Zen app with your AVG MyAccount email address and password to activate the paid subscription of AVG Ultimate.

1. Open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select Leave this network option and confirm it by clicking on Leave button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.

I got AVG Antivirus Pro Sub a couple of years ago, and it was the only product I had, when I had to renew I got then the AVG Ultimate Subscription, and installed AVG TuneUpPC, I noticed it kept asking me to buy the software to unlock, It wont recognize my Ultimate subscription, even when reinstalled. My AVG Internet Security works ok and recognize the Ultimate Subscription.

What do I have to do to get my Tuneup to work as intended?
