AVG TuneUp still making MS Office Word sleep despite 'ignore'

I allowed AVG tune-up to sleep Microsoft Office, but regretted it as always now have to 'open with' to select Microsoft word to open documents. I have told AVG Tuneup to 'ignore' Microsoft Office but yet the issue remains. The main issue is that documents now always open in 'compatibility mode' and thus some functions are disabled.
I have tried sleeping and then ignoring again. I have tried a restart.
Any advice?

May I know from when are you facing this issue, as we have resolved it in the latest update for AVG TuneUp.

I request you to reinstall AVG TuneUp and check if it fixes the issue.
