AVG tuneup stuck on Windows Disk Cleanup

Sometimes, this might happen if few services are unable to initiate or there could be an issue with the inbuilt windows cleanup module.

When running a scan the AVG tuneup gets to "Windows Disk Cleanup Handler" and stays indefinitely.  I have tried restarting the program and have tried restarting computer, but no luck.  Also have tried to run as admin, but get the same result.
