We realize this must be upsetting.
Did you perform any scan or function using AVG TuneUp?
Did you get the program name as "AVG PC TuneUp" or just a "AVG TuneUp?

I downloaded AVG Tuneup as my laptop was running quite sluggish.  I installed it ran the scan which downloaded and installed.  My laptop then shut down and came up with a configuring windows update screen do not switch of.  This reached 100% then shutting down which it has been stuck on for over 14 hours with the curser spinning.  Has anyone had this problem and solved it.  Pulling my hair out needing this for work :persevere:
