To remove the card details, you must submit a data removal request, which will void the active trial subscriptions registered to your email address.
If you are okay with it, please visit https://www.avg.com/gdpr, enter your email address and click Request Access. Then, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
I'd like to cancel my automatic renewal for AVG, but there's no Unsubscribe button on its section.
