[Screenshot removed] Hi Guys
thank you. please see screenshot attached to this email. Can you please reset my counter on AVG account, so it goes back to zero. Then i can add a device one by one.
Currently it states i have the subscription on 8 devices, this is not true. i have on 4 max. i cant even delete a device from my subscription in my AVG online account. Really, i should be able to delete a device. it seems when i re-image a laptop that had previously a AVG Subscription on and then install AVG on it again, it adds another device used up on my subscription. this is incorrect as i previously had installed the AVG on same device.
Kind regards,
Adrian[Screenshot removed]

Thank you.
I have an AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device) subscription, how can I remove or deactivate one or more of the active devices associated with my subscription from my AVG account? The reason i ask is that from time to time i have to re-image my windows 10 on a given laptop and when i re-install AVG tune up on it again, it states in the subscription area that i used up another device for my subscription even i previously installed the software on the exact same laptop.
