Hello Alex,

On checking your account, we could see that you have been charged $44.99 for the renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription).

You have also been charged 64.99$ for the renewal of AVG Secure VPN multi-device unlimited computers (1 year) on 2019.3.28.

Can we proceed with the refund for the AVG Tune Up unlimited?

I've just been charged for a years sub of AVG TuneUp which I cancelled several days ago to avoid payment. As I need this money for other payments could I please request a refund and cancellation of AVG TuneUp.
