This might happen due to screen resolution of your computer too.
To drag down the AVG window, we have a short and simple solution.
Open AVG TuneUp program window. Press Alt and Space keys together on your keyboard.
It would show a small prompt on the top left corner of AVG TuneUp, tap on downward arrow mark to select "Move".
Press Enter key and then tap downward arrow mark until you see "My AVG" and other options of AVG TuneUp.

Upon starting AVG TuneUp displays but from the bottom up. The top of the page with the buttons: Notifications; My AVG; Menu; -; are off the screen at the top. It is not possible to scroll up to access these drop down menues or easily close the application. How do I arrange for the page to display from the top as normal. I am running this on an old Acer Note One Happy notebook running Windows 10.
Thank you for your impressively prompt response. The fix you suggest does work and I am grateful for you advice. I will be using your fix but unfortunately it isn't a permanent solution. It has be used each time the program is opened. Do you have any idea why the page would anchor at the bottom rather than the top? This is a unique experience in more than 25 years of using a PC. Surely there must be a permanent fix!
