I want to CANCEL my trail subscription , and NOT because i do not like the product BUT SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU MAKE THIS CANCELATION PROCESS (ON PURPOSE OBVIOUSLY) VERY CONFUSING and it is my opinion that a really great product does not need these tricks.
At the orginal order date (5 dec) I did NOT create an account with my gmail email account in AVG
and when i tried to create it today using my gmail (indicated above) the system refused it because it indicated that the gmail email was already in use and obvioulsy no options to reset the password to border the cancelation. I created a new "AVG account with my other email being "k_kuiken@hotmail.com" but obviously this acount does not show the subscribed product.
Can you please help me to cancel my trail subscription , and if you are not responsables for billing issues, please help me forwarding this request to that department or company that is and notify me ?
