I believe that I have subscription for AVG Tunup. I have never been able to download it because it is giving me a mesg of Not Valid Win32 Application.  I do have Windows XP. How do I get a refund for the remaining months. Order Date 11/17/2019 Order # 1484405602. I know I should have notified sooner. Thank You
