May I know in which operating system you are facing this issue?
Upon checking your records, we are unable to find any AVG subscription. Please let us know whether you are using any paid version or free version of AVG.
Also we request you to send a screenshot while you are restarting your computer with the AVG TuneUp message in it and please let us know if you have used AVG remover tool.
You can post the screenshot by clicking on 'Image symbol' from 'Answer' field.
HI everyone,
I had AVG and TuneUp on my laptop but have since uninstalled it. However, the TuneUp is still there opening at every re-start.
I have checked the apps list. TuneUp is not there. I have used the AVG uninstall tool but TuneUp is still there. I try and find its folder on my laptop but it's not there.
So, what do I do now to locate it and get rid of it?
