I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This could be an issue with PC TuneUp and registry data syncing. I would suggest you to repair AVG PC TuneUp and check the issue. To repair your AVG please follow these instructions:
Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG PC TuneUp in the list of programs.
Click the Change or Change/Remove button.
Select Repair.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.

AVG TuneUp/Performance SpeedUp does not update application list when an application had been fully uninstalled. The application, LastPass was installed. LastPass was used for 2 days and then uninstalled via Revo. A scan of the registry was done to delete all instances of LastPass. The system was restarted several times, but yet, AVG TuneUp Performance SpeedUp continues to display the application that was completely removed and was checked and cleaned from the registry. The problem, TuneUp SpeedUp performance indicates a heavy resource is being used from the "LastPass Installer." Is there a fix or patch for this? Workaround: The option to "Put all to sleep" can be used to kill all, then go to the programs sleeping and wake the individual process/application desire.
