I understand the inconvenience. AVG Business edition will not conflict with the installation. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it with free of cost.

Hi

After months of nagging from AVG PC TuneUp i have finally purchased a 2 year subscription for AVG TuneUp unlimited. I couldn't activate PC TuneUp so I deleted it and have tried to reinstall TuneUp Umlimeted but it gives me an error code 0xe001f94e on install. The machine I am trying to install on has AVG Business installed and is the AVG server for 5 other computers. Could AVG Business be preventing the install?  Will definitely not be uninstalling AVG Business if that's the problem, was a total mission to set that up in the first place. Also have CCleaner and, Malwarebytes installed.

Hi Bhuvaneswari 

Unfortunately the technician determined that the only option was to delete AVG Business edition and then install TueUp. Have opted not to go down that path as the Business covers 7 machines as is more important that the TuneUp. I don't want the same problem where AVG Business then can't be renstalled until TuneUp is removed. Have chosen to get a refund.
