I understand the situation. Don’t worry I'll help you with your issue.
I see that you have both AVG PC TuneUp and AVG TuneUp Unlimited under your account.
Please note that you cannot install both the products on the same computer.
If you have already installed AVG PC TuneUp on your computer, please remove it before the installation of AVG TuneUp Unlimited.
To uninstall your AVG PC TuneUp please follow these instructions:
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
2. Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select AVG PC TuneUp in the list of programs.
4. Click the Uninstall button.
5. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
6. Restart your computer.
Also, you may cancel any one of the product as both the programs have the same functionality.
When I try to download AVG Tuneup Unlimited, i get the following message: Incompatible AVG Product Detected, then says delete, then says uninstall paid copy, then please note by uninstalling your paid product you will lose all your paid features???
