upgrading to 2015 from 2014. downloaded program, started it, it removed the existing program but now won't install the current one due to a lack of product key. Tried all the AVG product keys I had, requested and received a product key for the Express Installation (expired) but no key for the Tuneup program I had purchased. Subscription is good until late 2015…any suggestions?
