AVG Tuneup was installed before but now says failed to isntall

Please share us the screenshot of the message to investigate further.

I have AVG ultimate, which includes TC Tuneup.  Never had any trouble using TuneUp.  Now, on all my machines, it's trying to sell me PC Tuneup.  If I go to my subscription, it says not activated.  I click the green button to activate, and it says installing.  then it says 'AVG Tuneup Failed', right under a message that says 'Installation complete, your apps are now ready to go!'

The uninstall fixed the problem.  Thank you for the clear instructions!

Thank you for clarifying us with the screenshots.
You seemed to have the older version of AVG TuneUp installed on your PC. Hence the purchase prompts appear on the user interface. We always recommend our customers to use the revamped version of our program.
We request you to uninstall (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-TuneUp) the existing version of AVG PC TuneUp from your control panel.
Proceed installing the latest version of AVG TuneUp as mentioned here (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Install-AVG-TuneUp) and activate it using the code (sent via e-mail).
Please check the status and inform us here.
