My subscription is in date. My AVG Antivirus works fine, I can only access my AVG account from my Antivirus, Tuneup does not appear to 'see' the internet. I have followed the guidance in the troubleshooting tutorials and have uninstalled and then re-installed several times now with no success. I have used the 'sysinfo' tool to create a support file which has been uploaded to AVG (ZZEQR)
