I bought a one year subscription to AVG Tuneup but it won't let me use the activation key. It'll run a scan and show all the problems, but when I click the button to fix the problems, it just takes me back to the subscription purchase page.
I ran all the steps to check my Windows system requirements. I uninstalled the original download. I reinstalled a new download and ran it "as an administrator." I still get the same problem mentioned in the first sentence above.
Please advise.
