Just signed up for AVG TuneUp Multi-Device, 60 day Free Trial. Trying to install on my Windows 10 laptop. TuneUp won't install, stops with error code message:
"An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5
Access is denied.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or
Abort to cancel installation."
I tried both Retry and Ignore, but same error code keeps popping up. Only Abort works to cancel the install.
Can you please help? Thanks!
