AVG TuneUp won't install

I'm currently on Windows Ten, mostly because my computer can't physically run Windows Eleven. I tried installing through the other download and it did get through the initial set-up process, when I actually tried installing it, it froze at 17% and gave me this error. For reference, it definitely isn't the storage. I've gotten rid of just about everything except system files.

But I also don't know how to change the file download location of these things. Which would probably be good to know. Thank you in advance.

So, I've had AVG TuneUp free trial for about... 2 weeks? Everyday I've woken up, turned on the computer, and tried to install it through the My Subscriptions page, but nothing does it. I tried freeing up space. Didn't work. I press activate and install, and it pops up in the corner saying it's installing, but then it says,

Installation complete. Your apps are now ready to go!

AVG TuneUp                                                Failed

I don't know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated.
