AVG tunup double billing?

We'd be glad to clarify this. It was not the same subscription that you've been charged for. It was for a different AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (2 years) license which is registered under bxxxxxxd@gmail.com. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

If you would like, we can transfer this subscription to bxxxxxxd@live.com and merge it with AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) which extends the validity of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited, or we can process refund for the recent charge.

My renewal date is Sept 6, the bill ($44.99) was paid by Paypal. Today I got a bill for the same (AVG tuneup) for $89.99, which was dutifully paid by Paypal too. Something is wrong, if you don't solve this issue right now, I would like to cancel all my contracts with AVG and report the fact, that there is a leak in your company, that gives credit info to outsiders to rip off your customers.
