Hi, I'm using windows 8.1 and while checking Task Manager Start up I noticed Avg Ui (re)Starter 2 and 3 …they are both enabled and on opening up icons I also see Avg Ui (re)Starter is listed there…is this normal please? and should I disable them? Here's a link to image of what is shown.

We can understand your concern. If you have installed AVG Protection trail/paid along with AVG ZEN we could see 2 AVG UI interface on your task manger. There is nothing wrong in that. No need to disable from the task manger. Its like an service for AVG protection as well as AVG ZEN. Thank you for understanding.
