AVG\UiDll\2623\libcer.dll Error

I too have the same exact problem. It appeared right after the last AVG Antivirus Free software update. Version 22.11.3261 (build 22.11.7716.759). I'm also running Windows 10 pro. Hope they can find out what's causing the incompatibility issue here. Thanks again!

Hi.

Encountered error after every reboot ever since recent AVG prompted me to upgrade firmware
PC running on Windows 10.  AVG has been running fine all this while until recent upgrade 
Current AVG Software Version: 22.11.3261 (build 22.11.7716.759)
Current UI Version: 1.0.689

Error
C:\Program Files(x86)\AVG\UiDll\2623\libcer.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contans an error.  Error status 0xc0000022

Hi, has anyone found a working solution yet? Unistalling, clearing and install doesn't do the trick. This error/bug keeps coming back at reboot of the Windows 10 system. Highly inconvenient.

Thank you for the detailed information. Please run AVG Clear tool (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlName=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover) and reinstall the latest version of AVG AntiVirus free again and check if that fix this error, If the issue persists, please let us know, so we can collect error logs from your computer and escalate the case to the concerned team for further analysis.

I have the exact same error, (it's libcef.dll).  I have uninstalled and reinstalled AVG internet security, to no avail.

I am having this same error message come up. I am running it on Windows 10 home 21H2
 I have AVG internet security and breach guard
