Tap the AVG logo in the upper-left corner, and then tap Log In.
Tap Log In, fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then tap Log in.
AVG will recognize your subscription and will be activated.

If these steps does not help, please contact our android support team to resolve your issue. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Trying to install ultimate on android phone

I received the email and logged onto my account - but when I click on download the Android version I am taken to Play Store for the free version.  I have this already installed.

How do I add the Ultimate version to my android phone - it is included in my subscription
