Avg ultimate 2 year subscription not applying to account

I have purchased a 2 year subscription for AVG Ultimate and clicked on Enter Activation Code in the AVG Internet security program on windows. I was logged in and entered my key and it accepted it.

All the additional apps downloaded and work fine yet the subscription does not show on my account let alone transfer to the other devices i have my account logged in for.

 

How do i fix this?
