I purchased AVG Ultimate 2015 from Best Buy. I used the install disc and no problem. Received the email from AVG to verify my email address. The email was blank except for the AVG logo at the top. I can hover the mouse pointer around the screen and the subject description will come up. Can't complete install and use on other PCs till I verify my email. I contacted AVG on PC chat and they wanted me to send them a snapshot of the email. I don't know how to snapshot. I use Windows Vista. Thanks to anyone who can help.
