how do you get avg to reconize that you bought this?
Hello Joselin. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record you have purchased AVG Ultimate and it is also got registered. I would request you to uninstall the current AVG Ultimate program and any previous AVG program that is installed on your PC and restart your PC once.

how can this process be so painfull. how do i register this freak license and download the software to install it. i wont buy this product anymore.
i follow all the instruction registering my license and it does not recognize it. i bought it in a retail store, not online.
this is the second time i try this and this process has to be simplified or they'll lose a lot of customers.
