Avg ultimate 2017, failure to install on windows 7

Hello Carlo,
Sorry to hear that. This error message occurs, when you have any old traces of AVG installed in your computer. Please click on the below link to run AVG remover tool to remove the traces completely from your computer.

Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.  After that, please try installing AVG Ultimate program by clicking the following link:  
http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Ultimate_1827.exe

I am unable to install my new purchase of Avg ultimate on my windows 7 pc.
It tellsme that my previous version is not uninstalled.
I have uninstall the older version for the new one but it doesn't recognize the cancellation of the previous version,
Can you sent me a short cut to avoid this situation?
