Hello Tan. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record you have purchased AVG Ultimate with 2 years subscription. I would request you to first uninstall the old and new AVG programs that is installed in your computer and then restart your PC once.

I boyght AVG Ultimate for 2y on Ebay couple month ago , i have some problem i contact AVG support ter serval time to fix it.And now they told it is free version,it to late for me to return it to get refund.can any one help me with this issue>
