AVG Ultimate activated but subscription is not shown

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused to you. Could you please check your order history and other products tab in your AVG MyAccount? Kindly share the screenshots ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of your AVG MyAccount not showing your subscriptions to assist you further.
Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I purchased AVG Ultimate (Unlimited Devices | 2 years) from Staples retailer.  I activated the product as per the instructions and installed it.  The AVG screen says the Internet Security and PC Tuneup trial will expire in 29-days.  I logged into My Account  and under My Subscriptions, it says I have none.
