I purchased AVG Ultimate that shows in my AVG Account. Installed the software and after 30 days it says that my trial period is over and I need to purchase the software. When I look at this my account itsays that this is already purchased and I will only be extending my subscription.
I am only getting basic AVG free and nothing else. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing changes. Can anyone help?
