Firstly, I'd like to clarify that AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) is a bundle name which includes:
- AVG Internet Security for Windows
- AVG TuneUp for Windows
- AVG Secure VPN for Windows
- AVG Password Protection for Windows
- AVG Internet Security  for Mac
- AVG TuneUp Premium for Mac
- AVG Secure VPN for Mac
- AVG AntiVirus PRO for Android
- AVG Cleaner PRO for Android
- AVG Secure VPN for Android
- AVG Secure VPN for iOS

So we'd request you to disable AVG Internet Security temporarily and verify the issues.
If the issue persists, turn off AVG Secure VPN and verify.

i have just installed both avg - one after the other - now i am seeing issues with pages loading, not connecting to internet, or losing connection,taking so long to connect to a web page,  my outlook mail keeps trying to load, then it tries to load again… i'm not sure what the issues is with which avg i installed - should i uninstall one and see if theres a better connection, if so, which one ?? or should i just uninstall both - which should i put back first - any comments welcome  :slight_smile:
