Good morning. I have two questions.
1 I do not have a License number for my Ultimate product, your order 704-0560771. Does this mean that Ultimate is not working for me, please? It is on a two year subscription dated 11th December 2017.
2 I have received an email from you dated 16th April 2018 relating to order GPA.1385-6517-5507-19681. I cannot identify what this product is, and I can find no on-line documents which help me to understand whether I have this product as part of my AVG package. What should I do, if anything, relating to the email. Can you explain please?
