We are sorry to know about the inconvenience caused. We request you to go to 'control panel' list of installed programs in your computer and then 'repair' your AVG ZEN program. Please note that AVG ZEN will be named as AVG in the list. Select AVG in the list of programs. Click the Change or Change/Remove button. Select 'Repair'. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation. Restart your computer and then activate your AVG program. Thank you.

I have just bought a Microsoft Surface 3, and have tried to load AVG Ultimate onto it - following instructions. When it loads, it only loads free trial version, and will not go to Zen. Please advise.
