I purchased AVG Ultimate for Android.It has the built-in VPN. When I swipe right to open up the left-side menu on my phone, it shows "More by AVG" with "AVG Secure VPN" listed. When I open up that VPN app, it is in trial mode. Is this application separate from the VPN built- into AVG Ultimate? Why would I have to pay again for the standalone VPN app, if I already paid for AVG Ultimate with VPN?
When I try to activate and choose "already purchased", and "Restore from AVG account", it says "You don't have a Multi-Device Plan activated with your account".
I have purchased both AVG Ultimate and AVG VPN which is supposed to work on 5 devices including Android. I recently got a new mobile phone so not sure if that is the issue on why it won't activate. Is there a way to see all devices that are associated with my account, and remove the old ones?
