You have an active subscription of AVG Ultimate(includes AVG AntiViurs and AVG Cleaner) valid till July 28, 2021 and can be installed on multiple Windows and Android platforms.
Refer the below steps for installation:
1. Open Google play store app on your device.
2. Search for AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner.
3. Locate and install the Free version of the apps.
4. Now open the installed app.
To activate AVG AntiVirus, click the below link and follow instructions:

To activate AVG Cleaner:

If the above steps did not work, please click on "Upgrade" prompt and click on three dots at the top right of the page. You will have "Restore Purchase" option. Please click on it and check if the app is getting converted as Pro version.
