AVG Ultimate & AVG TuneUp trial period (for a paid product)

We request you to logout of the Zen network as admin and login again to check if that helps on your windows computers. You can do that by clicking on Connect on your Zen dashboard.

I have both AVG Ultimate and AVG TuneUp subscription. However I can not find these in my subscriptions. Following the link on the subscription page I come to a message that tells me you are upgrading your system but that my subscriptions will be working fine, I think that is not completely accurate as my AVG Tuneup is now an expired free trial product. On our Laptops, Mobile Phones and Tablets I get now asked to upgrade to get all 30+ features.     My subscriptions are

Please could you tell me what is happened to my subscriptions and when it will be possible for me to make use of all my products again. Getting very annoyed by now that I can not use my programs in the way that they were intended. Getting annoyed by the fact that getting through to any form of support seems to be an episode of " Mission Impossible" Not very fast in support, damned fast in taking your money though.
