AVG Ultimate blocking incoming emails in Outlook

We will help you to get this issue resolved.

We request you to contact the Outlook support team to check if the Outlook is configured with the suggested settings. Check the port numbers of the Outlook email.

And then try to disable the email shield alone in the AVG Internet Security program, then try to send a test email to your Outlook email and check if you could receive it.

Please follow the below steps to disable Email shield in AVG Internet Security program:

AVG Internet Security >  Menu > Settings > Components > Email shield > Move the slider to turn off

Please let us know the status of the issue to proceed further.
