so I have bough avg ultimate a while ago (year ago I think) and its the multi device package. But I can't seem to get the vpn working. When I open the vpn it even wants me to subscribe again.
I have a few of the other things already running (tuneup, virus pro), but the vpn seems to make problems registering that I supposedly have that in the package.
Any help is appreciated

We'd like to clarify that your AVG Ultimate includes AVG Internet Security and AVG Tuneup only.
And both your AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp can be installed in 10 devices such as Windows,Mac and Android devices.

We'd like to inform you that the AVG Ultimate you purchased was not a Multi-device subscription. Also, it includes AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp only.
Hence you can't activate AVG Secure VPN using this subscription.

The subscription you've purchased is the AVG Ultimate which includes AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp only for 10 devices.
We have a similar subscription called the AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) which includes AVG Internet Security, AVG TuneUp and AVG Secure VPN for 10 devices.
Since you have purchased the AVG Ultimate subscription, AVG Secure VPN is not covered under your subscription.
